Today, we will further increase the intensity of core exercises, preparing for the next routine. Even at this higher level, it is crucial to maintain proper, full yogic breathing throughout the entire practice! Don't hesitate to reduce the intensity if your breath doesn’t allow you to reach the full range of motion.
