Day1

We will start engaging the body's deep stabilizing system with light strengthening exercises. These exercises are especially suitable for individuals with a weakened core, such as postpartum women. You can adjust the number of repetitions and intensity according to your abilities, but the key is proper body alignment and diaphragmatic breathing, as we practiced in the prehab section.
