Welcome in the 21-Day Yoga Challenge!

Over the next three weeks, try to include a moment of yoga in your daily routine.

Each day, you’ll have access to four instructional videos (Daily exercises).

Each day, you´ll also do several Prehab and Compensation exercises. These prepare and relax the muscles you´ll be needing the most.

Twice a week, these exercises will be combined in a twenty-minute Routine.

One day a week is reserved for relaxation and reading of motivational texts – Meaningful Conversations. To transfer their message to practice, interactive worksheets are prepared for you each week.
